Leadership
Cheenu Seshadri
Managing Partner
Cheenu is Managing Partner at 3HA and advises PE and corporate clients in the tech, media and telecom sectors. He draws on 20+ years of consulting and industry experience, helping organizations achieve sustained revenue and market share gains and top-quartile profitability.
Cheenu’s prior experience includes Director & Partner at Altman Vilandrie & Co. (now Altman Solon), a TMT focused strategy consulting firm; Chief Strategy Officer and later COO at MTS, a greenfield wireless company in India; VP of Strategy & Planning for Motorola’s global Mobility business; Case Team Leader with Bain & Co., and Acterna (now Viavi Solutions) in multiple roles including Manufacturing Manager. Interesting engagements Cheenu has worked on recently include creating a strategic plan entirely in Trello for a PE portfolio company and supporting the chief legal officer of a telco to make arguments in a dispute with the regulator. Outside of work, Cheenu enjoys running and reading non-fiction.
Cheenu graduated with Honors from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. He received an MS in Industrial Engineering from Binghamton University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
Rashmi Seshadri
Principal
Rashmi is a Principal at 3HA and has been with the firm since inception. She has worked on over 50+ PE project due diligence support and routinely serves as a Project Manager on corporate engagements. She oversees all aspects of projects including the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope.
Rashmi leverages prior experiences across entrepreneurial ventures and Fortune-100 organizations across a variety of sectors including professional services, retail, and manufacturing. Broad experience spans Marketing, HR, Finance, and Software Architecture & Development. A couple of her favorite engagements are project managing the virtual war room for a recent FCC spectrum auction and conducting market research & creating the competitive landscape for a merger in the cruise industry. Her hobbies are riding, reading, and painting.
She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, a MS in Computer Science from Ball State University and a BS in Telecommunications Engineering from Bangalore University.
